An institutional platform designed as a system, not a screen.
Design and development of a solution that centralizes registered professionals, procedures, documents, payments and administrative processes, with an architecture built to grow through permissions, workflows, automation and AI.
The challenge
The goal was to build a technology foundation able to bring together the processes that affect registered professionals and the Council's administrative team. The solution had to cover not just forms and screens, but also states, permissions, documents, payments, auditing and process evolution.
From day one it was designed as a modular platform: new procedures and administrative processes should not require rebuilding the whole system.
My role
My work covers the full technical cycle: requirements gathering, architecture design, Full Stack development, data modeling, security, infrastructure, testing and automation integration.
How it's organized
The architecture separates user experience, business logic, persistence, documents and automation. This lets each area evolve without tying institutional processes to a single screen or integration.
What it solves
The platform brings the main operational blocks onto a single foundation, while keeping a clear separation between administrative and professional profiles.
- Professional management and registration.
- Configurable procedures and status tracking.
- Documents with controlled storage and review.
- Payments, receipts and related statuses.
- Permission matrix and action traceability.
- Workflows and automations for administrative processes.
- AI/OCR-assisted document validation.
Technologies
The stack prioritizes typing, maintainability, reproducible deployments and a solid relational database for institutional processes.
Technical outcome
The result is a modular institutional foundation where new procedures and processes can be added without turning every need into an isolated project. The architecture is also ready to add automation, integrations and validations in a governed way.
To keep it stable, the main flows are backed by build checks, type checks and smoke tests focused on real behavior.
